He came with several cameras and valued all of our ideas, and when we became stumped he offered ideas for us to try as well. He was very professional, kind, caring, and always on top of the game taking photos. Towards the end of our night he started to put the camera away and brought it back out to catch a few final moments. He was on top of responding to all questions before, during, and after. He took photos of me and my husband before the ceremony and got some wonderful shots (it was a 95 outside wedding so this was much appreciated because we all had some sweat on our faces). But before we got Percy and our booking process with eivans it was super simple, and just an overall great experience.”

“I’m SO satisfied with our experience booking with George Street! I was drawn to them because I thought they were more reasonably priced compared to what some individual photographers are charging these days (we’re in the Seattle market), but I didn’t feel like the price advantage came at a sacrifice of quality. I loved the photos our photographer John C. took (who was AMAZING!) for both our engagement/portrait session and of course the photos on the day of the wedding. He did a fantastic job capturing all the beautiful memories we made that day, and we are so grateful. The booking process was really simple, too—I arranged a meeting with one of their sales reps (Amber) who did an excellent job explaining exactly how their company works, the packages available, how to choose your photographer and so on. Once we booked with them, we were given access to an online portal to put in all the necessary info that would be passed along to the photographer. One thing I would say is that because you are contracting with a company and not the individual photographer, you aren’t able to communicate directly with the photographer very often. You really are hiring them for photography only, so collaborating with them on the event timeline and other details is not really an option. Any questions you have generally need to be sent via the wedding coordinators at George Street, as you won’t even receive your photographer’s email or phone number until you actually meet them (it’s possible this is not the case for everyone, but just our experience). To be clear, this was NOT an issue for us at all, but just something to be aware of if a more hands-on photographer that can help with coordination and planning is really what you’re looking for.”

Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. “The Hook Club was by far the coolest musicians I was able to find in terms of having an NYC night out vibe, and not a typical "wedding" vibe. We had a bass and guitar duo for our cocktail hour. They were super nice and awesome musicians. It started raining an hour into our cocktails so we had to move inside, and the bassist switched to playing a piano so that we could continue the music inside. Everyone was so impressed by how multi-talented they were!! Loved them and wish we had them play music for more of our reception. Dan, the founder, as well as the rest of their staff were incredibly organized and attentive throughout the planning process. Highly recommend!!”

We had him play acoustically for before our ceremony, during our ceremony, and at the cocktail hour. He even learned a song especially for the wedding party processional that we requested. “Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. In hindsight, we are so glad we opted for the full-service package because doing so saved us so much time and stress. There is still so much you have to do and deal with during wedding planning so it was great to know that we had a team behind us taking care of things and keeping us on track. Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!). Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! OLAS' team's communication was responsive, quick, and thorough, putting us at ease. We had planning calls and surveys leading up the day of. Jasmine T did a stellar job setting us up to look our best, and she had her work cut out for her, because she was dealing with two brides, two dresses, and an outfit change! Jasmine was also great about following our instructions from the survey and planning meetings. For example, we had included pictures in front of a wall of donuts at the venue, but we later changed the wall of donuts to cannoli's and forgot to tell OLAS. Turns out the venue threw in the donut wall back in without telling us. Jasmine brought us to the wall, and it made for a great surprise and cute pictures. Jeremy did an amazing job on the videography and editing. Watching the highlight video made us cry because he really captured our best moments and those real smiles in the midst of the stress and hustle and bustle of the wedding day. OLAS gave us complimentary rush photos and video without us asking which was a 2-3 week was turn around. Despite our initial trepidation, we are so happy we booked OLAS. They went above and beyond to make our special day memorable for a lifetime. “Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”
